Symfony Rewrite

So the PHP framework that the website uses (CodeIgniter by Ellis Labs) is very, very old. I made PS2Alerts as a practice for using frameworks. Since then I've learned a fair amount about Symfony, which is pretty much the industry standard for PHP frameworks nowadays.

This is quite a low priority, but it would be nice to have done, as the site would perform much, much better, and can use features such as in-memory databases such as Reddis.
