Primetime tracker

At the moment you track all the alerts, but I would like to see how much alerts were won/lost within a certain timezone (primetime). Now it shows you all alerts so also ghostcapping/non populated alerts. Another supplement would be the ability to track on a minimal population on alert since you also have weekends.
