Change to opaque lines and icons when the captured facility is disconnected/cut-off the lactice

When a captures done on a disconnected facility, the icon and line should show (somehow) visually that it was a disconnected territory making it easy what and when was the territory cut off.

You can check what territory is disconnected by checking for lane territory faction is (if they are truly disconnected by its faction)
